What is the Kitchen or Bath Design Process?

The design process begins with our client contacting us or coming into our showroom to inquire about our services. The next step is for one of our designers to come out to measure the space, if plans don't already exist. Once measurements are made, the design phase begins. During the design phase there are several meetings with the designer and client discussing possibilities and preferences. Floor plan and elevation drafts are made and edited throughout the design phase, as well as selecting materials. When we're close to the final design sometimes a rendering is completed to more clearly illustrate the space.

When a Rendering is Needed

Not all of projects require renderings. When clients are looking to have an additional visual representation of the space beyond the floor plan (view from above) and the elevations (view from straight on), a rendering is created. The rendering is a 3D view of the space which gives a good representation of what it will look like. However, the rendering does not identically match the final space.alt textalt textalt textCLEAN & CRISP WOOD-MODE KITCHEN WEBSTER, NY

What's Awesome About a Concept II Rendering

Our Concept II kitchen or bath renderings are incredibly lifelike. The software we use accesses a catalog of our products, including our cabinetry and the appliances we carry. This gives us the advantage of having nearly the exact look of the products from the door fronts to the colors of the cabinetry.alt textalt textalt textCHIC & SOPHISTICATED MASTER BATH REMODEL IN ROCHESTER, NY

A perfectly balanced and smooth master bathroom remodel with elegant touches, and a soothing color palette. Upon entry you'll recognize the Wood-Mode cabinetry with quartz counters and a stone mosaic tile backsplash, chrome fixtures, and great lighting. Immediately to the right you'll see the same stone mosaic tile reintroduced as a rug feature on the floor, in front of a gorgeous window and under a stylish and chic chandelier. The shower has a beautiful mosaic tile which helps marry the marble shower walls in, which need no accent because of how naturally beautiful the marble is on its own. All of these slight touches make for the perfect chic and sophisticated master bathroom.
