Gary founded Concept II in 1970 and quickly established himself and the company as a leader in designing and installing the most distinctive kitchens and baths in Rochester. Gary's extensive experience as a skilled designer and building contractor is the primary reason for the company's prowess and reputation. He currently lives in Penfield and enjoys golfing, traveling and cooking.
Ross graduated from Hartwick College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Development. He has over 15 years experience remodeling and designing homes. He is passionate about delivering the highest quality and most functional products to his customers. He currently lives in Webster, NY and enjoys golf, hiking and spending time with family.
Karen joined Concept II back in 1996 after graduating from Marywood University with a Bachelor Of Fine Arts Degree. Over the years she has become a talented designer and prides herself on her attention to detail. Every project is different from the large to the small and she loves the challenges that are presented in each project . She loves spending time with her husband and two children.
Part architect, part decorator, Pamela Dailey is a designer who brings to each project a breadth of range that reflects over 15 years' experience working to transform design ideas into real life solutions. Pam holds a B.A. in Architecture from Yale University and roots every project in the understanding that craft lends design its value. She loves being anywhere with her son and husband, spending time on the lake, dancing ballet, eating good food, and advocating for the arts' role in the community.
Alexandra was born and raised in Greece, NY. In 2016, she graduated from Villa Maria College in Buffalo, NY with a degree in Interior Design. Alexandra has several years of Kitchen and Bath design experience and is now designing Kitchens, Baths, and Closets for Concept II since moving back to Rochester in 2018. She brings a variety of talent to Concept II including her creativity and organizational skills. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Fiancé and their rescue dog and two cats.
Aleah holds a B.A. from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and has lived in major cities all over the U.S. Aleah brings 10+ of interior design and project management experience to the Concept II team. Her skillset ranges from residential kitchen and bath design to commercial restaurant and retail store design. Aleah brings endless inspiration from her travels to each one of her projects. In her spare time, she loves taking road trips and renovating her own multi-family property in Cobbs Hill.
Deb graduated with a degree in Interior Design and has been aiding Concept ll clients with their selection process since 2008. She believes that through listening and collaboration the finished product will be a gratifying expression of her client's individuality. She delights in motherhood, the outdoors and her yoga practice.
Nicci graduated with a BFA in Ceramics from the Cleveland Institute of Art and has collaborated with clients on residential and commercial tile projects for over 10 years. She brings to Concept II a love of sustainability and timelessness in design. She enjoys clay, coffee, cardigan sweaters, and swimming with her daughter.
Melyssa graduated from The College at Brockport with a Bachelor of Science in Business Development. She brings over 20 years in accounting, human resource and administration experience and knowledge. Melyssa is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with her husband Bill and her two children.
Ted has been with Concept II for over 30 years and is our lead installer. He is a great problem solver, very detail oriented and enjoys the challenge of completing intricate work. Ted takes pride in providing the best finished product to the customer he can give. He lives in Rochester and enjoys listening and playing music, riding horses and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Tom has been with Concept II for over 30 years and is an integral part of the company. He appreciates the creativity, fine materials and mechanics of design. He listens to our customers and makes the renovation process as seamless as possible. He has gratification in the completion of a project and giving our customers a space they will love. Tom spends his free time hunting, fishing, and with his family.
Steve has been with Concept II for 2 years and has spent the past 30 years working in all phases of residential construction. He enjoys spending time at his cottage on Chaumont Bay where he can relax on his boat and fish. Steve and his wife are residents of East Rochester and have lived in the Rochester area their entire lives.
Rick has been with Concept II for 8 years and has worked for as a carpenter for over 45 years. His favorite part of the job is installing cabinetry and trim work and being able to utilize his fine woodworking skills. Rick is an avid downhill skier and works as Level 3 ski instructor over the winter months. He and his wife live in the Canandaigua area and have a son and daughter.
